Us and Our Partner

Before partnering with SupremeTech, Xero worked with another offshore team, but over time, communication gaps emerged, and the results didn’t meet their expectations. Xero needed a team that not only deeply understood their system but also their business objectives.

SupremeTech initially joined by providing technical support for Xero, and that later evolved into a product development collaboration.

Introduction to Xero and ZeroRegi

Xero started out as a subsidiary company. The parent company operates in the field of workforce supply and training—a business model that heavily relies on human resources. However, Japan is currently facing a serious labor shortage, and our parent company is concerned that this model may no longer align with current trends. As the parent company prepares to go public on the Japanese stock market, they aim to develop a technology-based, subscription-driven business model that is not dependent on manpower. Xero was founded with the initial mission of creating any kind of business model based on technology.

Two years ago, under new leadership, XERO chose to focus on ZeroRegi—a mobile ordering and restaurant management platform designed to address the operational and financial challenges facing F&B businesses.

There’s a fact that restaurants in Japan offer excellent service quality, but their profits are significantly lower compared to other industries. Drawing from firsthand experience—Mr. Kimura’s own family runs a restaurant—ZeroRegi was born with a mission to reduce labor costs and optimize marketing expenses through data analysis.

ZeroRegi has become the foundation for shaping Xero’s future direction ever since.

What makes ZeroRegi different

The biggest difference is that ZeroRegi integrates all the essential features for restaurants into a single platform application.

Currently, from ordering to payment, they have completed the entire process. Of course, there are still many features that need further development, but compared to other apps that focus solely on ordering, ZeroRegi offers a more comprehensive advantage.

Mobile Ordering and Digital Experience Solutions for F&B businesses.

2. Hokka Hokka Tei (Renewal)

A tailor made mobile ordering application developed for the Hokka Hokka Tei restaurant chain, featuring pre-ordering, online payment, and centralized delivery management.

After a major setback in late 2023 with a previous vendor, SupremeTech stepped in and worked together with XERO to recover client trust. Thanks to rapid response and collaborative improvements, XERO not only preserved the relationship—but re-entered a competitive vendor selection and won.
