Responsibilities
- Analyze project requirements, specifications, and acceptance criteria
- Develop test plans and test cases
- Execute comprehensive phase testing, including functional, integration, and regression testing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Development, BA, PM, DevOps) to establish quality gates and processes
- Independently manage assigned testing tasks
- Document and track defects using bug tracking tools
- Proactively contribute to skills-building activities for more junior members
Required Qualifications and Skills
- 2+ years of experience in software quality assurance and testing
- Experience working in agile/scrum software development
- Experience working with web-based or mobile apps testing
- Experience developing test plans, test cases, and test reports.
- Excellent analytical skills and systematic thinking
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Have good oral and written communication English skills (TOEIC 550+)
- Experience with API Testing (Postman)
Advanced Skills (Nice to have)
- Good knowledge or experience in Performance testing (JMeter)
- Hands-on experience with modern automation frameworks, including Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright
- Strong ownership mentality and quality advocacy
- Continuous learning ability and emerging technology awareness
