We’re looking for: Accountant Intern

We are looking for an ambitious Intern to support the financial department by managing daily accounting tasks. You will be part of a professional team that is working to maintain order and transparency for the company’s finances as well as preparing reporting that is a potential part of the accountant’s day-to-day work. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in accounting principles and able to work comfortably with numbers and attention to detail. The goal is to contribute to the overall efficient operation of the department and help the company be fully aware of its financial condition. By this way, we can make the right decisions and accomplish long-term success.

In this internship program, you will learn 

• Perform accounting data entry in the system to have the transactions ready for the closure period (Misa software, Excel).
• Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations do payment weekly.
• Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings.
• Arrange accounting documents, do internal accounting tasks.
• Assist with other accounting projects/duties.

Qualification we would love you to have 

• Detail-oriented – quality and precision-focused
• Team-oriented – cooperative and collaborative
• Dependable – more reliable than spontaneous
• Last year or fresh graduate student in accounting majority or related majors (finance/ economic)
• Advanced knowledge of Excel
• Good English communication 
• Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills
